Pawpounders Open Day, coming soon!
Now that restrictions are easing (we hope!) it’s about time we all headed out for some much-need socialisation.
With this in mind, we are thrilled to announce the Pawpounders Open Day on the 26th of June.
Being held at Pounders Park, it’s a perfect opportunity to have fun and enjoy time with your puppy or dog as well as other likeminded owners.
It’s also ideal for those thinking of getting a dog, yet aren’t too sure.
Pawpounders founder Nick Parkinson is really looking forward to the event, here’s what he has to say about it. “It’s certainly been a long time coming but at last we can now look forward to a date where we all come together, talk and mingle for the good of our dogs and learn lots of new things to enrich our dogs’ lives.”
Whether you have a puppy that needs a little more guidance or want your dog to interact with others confidently, this free event will offer the opportunity to obtain advice, discover a new environment and most importantly, have fun with your dog.
It will also be a great opportunity for owners to chat and get to know each other and be able to share advice and experiences.
We will also be offering professional advice from our guest speakers on the day, so if you’re looking for advice about your new puppy, keeping your dog safe or frequent problem issues we’ve got you sorted!
Nick adds: “Lockdown saw many of us unable to introduce our dogs to new environments, so building confidence in new surroundings with other dogs is extremely beneficial especially for building resilience. The vast grounds of Pounders Park are extremely safe meaning that after the event, you and your dog can roam care-free without any safety worries.”
The event will run from 11am-4pm with light refreshments available throughout. If you have any questions about the event, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
We can’t wait to finally have everyone together for a day of fun for both us and our dogs. We look forward to seeing you there!
